- Player 1 uses a regular pencil to draw a starting line, vertically or horizontally.
- Player 2 clicks the spinner.
- Player 2 uses a blue pencil to draw the line spun.
Play goes back an forth between players. Player 1 will use a red pencil. When one player draws a line to form a small square, they can "capture" that square by shading it in. The player that captures the most small squares wins the round. Players play 4 rounds, taking turns being the player to draw the starting line.
