Conclusion 1
We can use the adjective after the verb to be (She is tall.) or before a noun (She is a tall woman).
Conclusion 2
Adjectives have only one form, they are always singular. We say: a tall man - two tall men a pretty girl - two pretty girls an old person - two old people
Tall – short fat-slim-thin beautiful-pretty-handsome-ugly young-old New-old big-small easy-difficult interesting/exciting-boring Hard/difficult-easy expensive-cheap good-bad
Lovable-funny-active-lazy-silly intelligent-serious-shy-grumpy
order of adjectives
When we want to use more than one adjective, there is a specific order. We say: She has got big blue eyes and not blue big eyes. That’s a big black car and not a black big car. To know more about the order of adjectives in a sentence, you can watch the video on the final page.
