When team members are approached by friends and family regardinga possible case, it must be approved by your supervisor and entered in the system. All cases worked by team members must be entered in the Firm case management system.
Team members agree not to directly or indirectly, on Team Members's own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicit or induce any person who is a Team Member of the firm to leave or cease his or her employment with the firm, or hire or engage the services of such team member, to provide legal services that are competitive with those provided by the firm within 2 years prior and after the termination date.
3.12 Agreement Not to Solicit
Team members agree not to publish false, slanderous, defamatory comments, opinions by internet posts, emails, or any other form of miscommunication which is averse to or puts the Firm or any of its members in a false light.
Team members agree to bring matters through proper channels of communication to the attention of their supervisors, lead attorneys and management so that they can be addressed in a constructive manner and successfully resolved.
The Firm has worked very hard for many years in building its' reputation and false statements of slander, libel, defamation, and statements that put the firm in false light and can lead to damages.
