- Health-related topics include the things we will talk about this year! Such as infectious diseases, mental health, nutrition, sexual health, vaccines, pandemics, self-care, therapy, alcohol, drugs, and so on.
- Audiences could include anyone that is not yourself.
- Communication is how you present the information. It could be typed, written, drawn, presented, recorded.
What does that mean?
Describe how different health behaviors and influences affect mental, emotional, physical, and social health in adolescence.

- Health behaviors: actions and mannerisms made by individuals or systems that affect health.
- Types of Health Behaviors: diet, sleep, nutrition, excersize, etc.
- Types of influences that affect health: friends, family, media, society, school, etc.
- Adolescence: the period following the start of puberty during which a young person develops from a child into an adult (13-19 years old).
