Definition:

We use conjunctions of purpose to join two simple sentences and explain the purpose of / reason for something.

As/since

We use as / since to introduce a reason for something. As / Since can be used at the beginning / in the middle of a sentence. When as / since is used at the beginning of a sentence, we use a comma after the as / since clause.

Example:I went to bed early as i had to wake up at 5 am.Josh couldn´t deliver the pizza since no one answered the door

In order (not) to

.We use in order (not) to to express the purpose of something. In order (not) to can be used at the beginning / in the middle of a sentence. When in order (not) to is used at the beginning of a sentence, we use a comma after the in order (not) to clause.
