The kimono is one of the most iconic symbols of Japan, and its colors and patterns are an example of Japanese aesthetics. Nowadays, they are worn only for special occasions, such as: weddings, tea ceremonies, official traditional events and funerals. The style and color of the kimono depends on the occasion, age and marital status of the person wearing it
