my daily routine
My name is Nevis Quintero, I'm 27 years old, I'm from Ayapel, I´m a lawyer,and my daily routine is very basic, for example:
GET UP BED
I get up at 06 am o´clock every day and i immediately take my medications.
take shower
brush teeth
I brush my teeth
then
I take a shower at 06:15
get dressed + Work
And then I get dressed, I brush my Hair, and I do make up.
I work from home, so I check what activities I have pending to do.
at 10 in the morning, I'm having a snack, it can be a yogurt, or a sandwich.
I have lunch at 1: 00 pm O´clock , then I take a break. And
at 03:00 I continue working until at 5:00 pm o´clock
At 6:00 pm o´clock I cook my dinner and then I use the free time to read or use my cell phone.
I usually go to bed at 10:30 pm. On weekends, I travel, go out with my friends or stay home watching series.
