the meeting

First of all i am gonna introduct you our team; i am pedro and i am the CEO and my team have a marketing boss, a travel agent, a secretary that helps all of us and a client attendance as we are a small company.

INTRODUCTION.

The meeting will start at 10 a.m the 09/07/2023 and it will end when we are done, The CEO introducts the objetive: 1 Choose the best camping option for our clients ( individual case) 2 Choose the activities and the transport that our costumers will use. 3 Make and atractive price for our holiday plan that our clients can afford ( we are not a luxury company) 4 Choose everyone role in the team

1st of all our travel agent and our marketing boss will show the 3 options that they have prepare together: Jaca, Comillas and Oseo valley. They started explaining us that this travel package is by car, with an adventure activitie and its been think for families with kids and a low budget.

DEVELOPMENT.

Then he will so the good points, activities , how is the accomodation, and the adventure plans of each (explain some) and the marketing manager will have to enter in the economic part comparing the prices of each: 1 Camping ain jaka: 38 e per night ( 6 for 1 adult,5 for 1 kid, 6 electricity and 10 camper... info at the web), 2 "hecho valley camping where the price for the same thing is 48 for 1 night, 3 El Helguero camping that can be for 60 e night (booking)

Then after watching all of that information we all discuss what option we like more, in this case we took in consideration Jaka and Comillas as 2 employs prefered each destination and we started thinkig of the key points on each place

As we revised the key points we saw that jaca is cheaper, is more integrated in the nature and the adventure plan (iron path) is better but Comillas is better comunicated with the citie it have more variety of activities and its better for relaxing.

3 of us have an specific task: The travel manager needs to prepare all the activities with the companys, and the accomodation, the marketing guy has to make a full budget and also needs to promote the activitie with publicitary actions as social media or classic publicity and the client assistant needs to be there to solve real time problems and doubts.

Individual responsabilities

At the time the secretary work at this company means helping the 3 partners in their activities and the CEO will also help but also correct, supervise and makes final decision

First of all we intruducted our team, then we did the same with the destinations and eliminated one before seeing the 2 main options with more details, after that The CEO told everyone their invidual task and we let you kwon our decision on the 3rd work.

SUMARASING

Finally we end thee meeting and we all start to do the task that we were ordered by the CEO, CEO should start now working also in comunication and good work enviroment for the work to be better and faster.
