  • Both populations were found to have dramatic decreases in Public Speaking Anxiety.
  • Proof found for first time that low-cost, store bought consumer VR hardware and software used with phones can be used to conduct exposure therapy.
  • Both in the traditional one-session format, and in self-led, at-home format
