Context:

The american civil war (1861-1865) was the most bloodiest war in the history of the United States. The war started when Abraham Lichom, declare the war to the new Confederate states of america. Before this, the cotton lands (worked by slaves) was the principal economic activity in the south of U.S, but Linchom decided abloied the slavery, and the south, reacted created "Dixie".

Union uniforms

The typical grey uniform wasn´t official until 1862, when the president of the confederate states decided create this uniform like a joke to the union uniform.

The union army uniform was blue and yellow, but in occasions the soldiers have civil prends because the goverment didn`t could produced uniforms for all army,beacuse are so bigeer (+2.000.000 of soldiers).

Brown boots.

A brown boots made of lether.

Musket

A simple musket like the other.

Grey trousers

A grey trousers with red lines made of cotton.

CONFEDERATE BUCKLE

A buckle made of copper with the acronyms of the confederate states (C.S).

Dark Blue coat

A dark blue coat made of cotton. The materials for made this coats are so scarce (because the mallority of the cotton,are in the south) and the army uses civil-prends very simillar.

Blue trousers

A blue trousers made of cotton and with a yellow line.

Belt

A simple belt made of lether, were the soliers save the revolver, the kinfle and the canteen.

TIPICAL GREY CAP

This cap, was made of cotton, lether, and metal. And like the other prends of "Dixie" is grey.

Musket

A tipical Musket used during this war, made of steel and wood, and with bayonet incluyed.

A GREY JACKET

A simple and boring grey jacket made of cotton with the rang of the soldier in the part of the arm.

Brown bag.

In this bags, the soldiers save much imortant things,like the "bed" (a simple boggie),water, food, bullets etc...

Blue cap

A blue cap made of cotton,metal and lether very similar of the Dixie cap.

BOOTS

A military black botts made of lether.
