To improve your performance in English Language Arts it is important that you work at home 10 – 20 minutes daily. Create a study plan. Decide how much time a week you you will take to study and stick to that. Establish a routine. There is plenty of time to do what you want and the only thing you have to do is prioritize your activities and focus on everything you do. This will help you maximize your time and energy.
General recommendations for the first trimester
About your space at home
1. Have a distraction-free space with your school supplies on hand. No chat, don't listen to music during class or play video games. For that, you have your recess and your free moments.2. On your schedule, be sure to write down tasks as soon as they are assigned, so that you can determine how much time you have to do it. You should also check Control Academic and Teams since the dates of tasks are recorded there.

A compound sentence consists of two or more independent clauses joined with a comma and coordinating conjunction, also known as the FANBOYS (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so). In addition, you can join independent clauses with a semicolon or with a semicolon, conjunction adverb, and a comma

The Day of the Accident Last Tuesday was a day I will never forget. I was riding my bike home from school when an accident occurred that changed my perspective on safety. The weather was sunny, and I was enjoying the ride, feeling the wind on my face. As I approached an intersection, I noticed a car coming from my left. I remembered to look both ways, but I miscalculated the car’s speed. I thought I had enough time to cross, so I pedaled a little harder. Suddenly, the car turned right, and I realized too late that it was heading straight for me. In a split second, I tried to brake, but I lost my balance and fell to the ground. The driver stopped immediately and rushed out of the car. Thankfully, I wasn’t seriously hurt; I just had a scrape on my knee and a few bruises. The driver was very apologetic and made sure I was okay. After checking that I was fine, the driver helped me up and offered to call my parents. I was still shaken but relieved that it wasn’t worse. My parents arrived shortly after and were very supportive. They talked to the driver, making sure everything was handled properly. That day taught me the importance of being extra cautious while riding my bike, especially at intersections. I also learned that it’s crucial to communicate openly after an incident, as it can ease the stress of the situation. I now always wear my helmet and pay extra attention to my surroundings when riding. If you need adjustments or a different angle, feel free to let me know!

George Washington and the Dragon of Liberty In the spring of 1775, George Washington was riding through the woods near Mount Vernon when he stumbled upon a shimmering dragon named Draconis. “I am the guardian of liberty,” the dragon proclaimed, sensing Washington's noble heart. As the Revolutionary War began, Washington faced many challenges. During the harsh winter at Valley Forge, he envisioned Draconis soaring above, inspiring his troops to endure their hardships. The turning point came at the Battle of Yorktown when Washington called upon the dragon for help. Draconis appeared, breathing fire and striking fear into the British forces. The Continental Army rallied and secured a decisive victory. With independence won, Washington looked to the skies where Draconis soared, a symbol of hope and courage. As the first President of the United States, he carried forward the spirit of liberty, forever inspired by the dragon that had once aided him in his quest for freedom. If you need any more adjustments, feel free to ask!
