………… the advantage of teleworking is that you can organise your working hours, your schedule, which allows you to have flexible hours. ……………., you have no commuting time, ………….. that means more time for your family. …….., workers are happier and more efficient because they avoid micro-managing, they can plan their way of working. ………….., there are some limits such as fewer social interactions; ..........people may feel lonely, and sometimes, they find it difficult to stop working. …………., when staying at home they can find a lot of distractions, which prevents them from being efficient. …………, they may encounter difficulties because of technical problems for instance an unreliable Internet connection.

FIRST the advantage of teleworking is that you can organise your working hours, your schedule, which allows you to have flexible hours. IN ADDITION, you have no commuting time, SO that means more time for your family. THEREFORE, workers are happier and more efficient because they avoid micro-managing, they can plan their way of working. HOWEVER, there are some limits such as fewer social interactions; INDEED People may feel lonely, and sometimes, they find it difficult to stop working. MOREOVER, when staying at home they can find a lot of distractions, which prevents them from being efficient. FINALLY, they may encounter difficulties because of technical problems (....)
