Along with the rapid development of the times, the younger generation is more familiar with modern food than traditional food. Traditional food is unable to compete with modern food, which is more attractive to consumers, especially the younger generation. Therefore, we will modernize one of the traditional cakes, namely does. Delisoes stands for Delicious and Soes because our products are only soes with color variants, custard flavors, and toppings. The store will be opened at Gaia Mall to produce and sell cake products. The soes that we will produce have been innovated to create a new trend in Pontianak.

We chose to open a shop with Soes as its specialty because we had previously run a business in the field of cakes during our internship. One of the cake products during the internship was soes, which became a product that was quite attractive to consumers.

The total cost of supplies for the Delisoes business in a month is Rp 6.011.000. With a monthly production plan of 4,500 pieces of soes, the cost of supplies needed for 1 piece of soes is Rp 1.336.

Total operating costs in a month are Rp 10,300,000. With a monthly production plan of 4,500 pieces of soes, so the operating cost for 1 pieces of soes is Rp 2,288.

The total production cost is Rp 43,500, which produces 25 pieces of soes. The cost required to produce 1 piece of soes is Rp 1,740. The total cost required in a month to produce 4,500 pieces of soes is Rp 7,830,000.

Total Variable Cost per Piece of Soes Cake: = Business Supplies Cost + Operating Cost + Production Cost = Rp 1.336 + Rp 2,288 + Rp 1,740 = Rp 5.364 ~ Rp 5.300
So, the selling price per piece of soes that will be set by Delisoes with a markup set per unit is 80%, so the selling price will be Rp 9.540 ~ Rp 10.000.
So, the Delisoes business can break even when it is able to sell products up to Rp 35.312.943
BEP (RP) = Fixed cost 1- (Variable cost / Price) = Rp 16.597.083 1- (5.300 / 10.000) = Rp 16.597.083 1- 0.47 = Rp 16.597.083 0.47 = Rp 35.312.943
It can be concluded that to obtain an impasse with a sales price of Rp 10,000, Delisoes's business must be able to sell as many as 3.531 pieces of soes.
