Conclusion

Briefly summarise your points and thank them for their consideration. It can be nice to rephrase elements of your intro for effect.

Suitability

Now is the time to really sell yourself and convince the reader why you would be great for the job. Go through your arguments, and support them with examples and results.

Grab Attention

Employers don't take long looking at these letters, so you want to grab their attention right from the start! Try beginning with a short anecdote (short story) or personal experience, and finish your introduction with your goal, aim, or motivation.
