Find your Upline: Go to https://my.exprealty.com/

• Sign in- Click on the down arrow to the right of your name (upper right corner)
• Click My Upline- This will display your direct sponsor, their sponsor, and so on – 7 levels. It shows name, email and phone number

Contact! Arrange a 3-way call/zoom with the prospective agent, yourself, and your sponsor or someone in your upline that can help answer questions about eXp. Read through the Agent Contact Sheet to see how they answered the questions. Find out what the agent’s goals are and talk about how eXp can help them achieve their goals. If they decide to join eXp, send them the join link, discuss the ICA as this is where they name their sponsor and it can’t be changed once submitted, and help guide them through the onboarding process.
