In your answer state the name and type of business, strategies that will be implemented to ensure profitability and that your staff and customers remain safe also, outline your staffing arrangement. Under the leadership of our manager Mr. Kaieem Patterson our company has been named WiseTech Solutions. This company is a tech company that provides security solutions and tech support to customers

Our Business Goal

The goal is to become the number one tech company that supplies security solutions and tech support by providing excellent customer service while being profitable. Also, to provide a safe environment for our employees, customers, current and potential investors to request assistance for all their security and tech support needs.

How does our company plan to ensure profitability?

Our business offers augmented products and services. So we supply security solutions. Our augmented services offer maintenance and tech support realizing that more people are active because of the pandemic which is causing traffic online and system crashes.

Offer an online chat. Where customers can contact different representatives of the organization directly. Also, create accounts on different social media platforms. This is for marketing and communications.

Persons that don’t have stable internet connectivity can come into the office so that the business does not lose sales and potential customers because of the unstable connection from employees.

Supply laptops to the employees and provide stable internet connections for the employees at home. They would also have online training sessions to help the staff to optimize their performance and efficiently and effectively execute tasks given.

An online chat where employees will be provided with the software needed to properly perform tasks and the company could have a shared OneDrive account so as to promote effective and swift communication.

Create online accounts and also promote and advertise the business on different social media platforms, such as; Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc

Planning: Having definitive goals and a plan to achieve this goal set out for your business is extremely critical. “A goal without a plan is just a wish”. So, for a business to be successful there must be a plan of action. So we as an organization will have regular meetings

Organizing: An organized business will achieve success. When everyone has a job and resources are being allocated efficiently then the business will run smoothly. If the business is disorganized then there will be chaos.

Leading: An organization needs a manager to guide the members of each department and also to use different strategies and techniques to influence and motivate the employees to attain the different goals set within the organization.

Controlling: The controlling aspect of an organization is very important as it aids in keeping track of all the employees’ progress and also keeps the organization on the correct path whilst also rectifying any faults that they may come across the line.
