Haiti is the most underserved country in the western hemisphere in terms of water and sanitation infrastructure by a wide margin; only 69% of the population has access to an improved water source. Haitis infrastructure is also not the greatest because its known to have very bad earthquakes that end up destroying cities and towns. Haitis water can contain a lot of waterborne illnesses like typhoid, cholera, and chronic diarrhea.
