GETTING AROUND

To move around Workadventure, simply use the keys

INTERACTING

Use the space: key to interact in Workadventure. This allows you to access resources (web links, documents, videos, presentations). The space key can also be used to connect to a Jitsi room. Simply enter the Jitsi room and press the space bar.

THE WORKADVENTURE CHAT

There are two types of chat on Workadventure: Workadventure chat and Jitsi chat.

To start a Workadventure chat, simply approach another user. A white bubble will form to indicate that the conversation has started. This is a voice and video conversation.Workadventure chat is available for up to 4 people. To leave the conversation, simply leave the bubble.

THE WORKADVENTURE CHAT

If the bubble is red, it means there's no space left in the conversation. In other words: either someone has locked the conversation, or there are already 4 participants in the conversation.

THE WORKADVENTURE CHAT (how to follow someone)

Please note! You can't choose to follow someone, you have to ask another user to follow you! To stop following someone, simply press the "follow" button again.

The "Follow" function allows you to follow someone automatically without leaving the discussion. It is limited to 4 users.

THE WORKADVENTURE CHAT

These buttons provide access to text chat and emoticons.

This button is used to lock the discussion, i.e. to prevent other users from entering the discussion.

These buttons are used to activate or deactivate the camera and microphone.

This button allows you to suggest that another user follow you. If they accept, they will automatically follow your avatar, and you will remain in the discussion even if you move.

THE JITSI CHAT

Jitsi chats are fixed on the Workadventure card. They are predefined by the map's creators. To access them, you need to be on the Jitsi space and press "space".

Jitisi Chat works like traditional video-conferencing software. It has no user limit like Workadventure chat. You just have to stay in the Jitisi space to stay in the discussion.

THE JITSI CHAT

These buttons are used to activate or deactivate the camera and microphone, and to access the audio and video settings by pressing the arrow.

This button lets you raise your hand or interact with an emoticon.

This button switches users to mosaic view.

This button lets you share your screen. You can choose to share the whole screen or just one application (browser, software, etc.), or just one browser tab.

This button allows users to leave the conversation.

This button is used to access the text chat and polls in the Jitsi conversation.

This button is used to access the conversation parameters. The "Contact statistics" tab is used to access the list of users present in the conversation.

THE JISTSI CHAT (TABS)

Please note! When you're in a Jitsi conversation, you need to re-click on the Workadventure window (on the left) to move your character. Otherwise, the software will assume that you are still in the Jitsi window, and you won't be able to move because it will assume that you are using Jitsi. Think of the Workadventure window (left) and Jitsi (right) as two separate tabs. You can change the size of these tabs using the middle bar.

PARAMETERS

You can press the "coffee cup" icon at any time to access the Workadventure settings. The profile settings allow you to :

- Change your name- Change appearance (Modify your WOKA) - Change companion - Access Audio AND Video settings (Modify your camera)

SE DEPLACER

Pour se déplacer sur Workadventure, il suffit d'utiliser les touches

On peut aussi utiliser la touche "Shift" pour aller plus vite

INTERAGIR

On utilise la touche espace : pour intéragir dans Workadventure. Cela permet d'accéder aux ressources (liens internet, documents, vidéos, présentations). Il suffit de s'approcher du cercle qui clignote et d'appuyer sur "espace". La touche espace permet egalement de se connecter à un salon Jitsi. Il suffit d'entrer dans le salon Jitsi et d'appuyer sur la barre "espace"

LE TCHAT WORKADVENTURE

Il y a deux types de "tchats" sur Workadventure : Le tchat Workadventure et le tchat Jitsi.

Pour démarrer un tchat Workadventure, il suffit de s'approcher d'un autre utilisateur. Une bulle blanche va alors se former pour indiquer que la conversation a bien démarré. C'est une conversation vocale et vidéo.Le tchat Workadventure est disponible pour 4 personnes maximum. Pour quitter la conversation, il suffit de partir de la bulle.

LE TCHAT WORKADVENTURE

Si la bulle est rouge, cela veut dire qu'il n'y a plus de places dans la conversation. C'est-à dire : soit quelqu'un a vérrouillé la conversation, soit il y a déjà 4 participants dans la conversation.

LE TCHAT WORKADVENTURE (SUIVRE)

Attention ! On ne peut pas choisir de suivre quelqu'un, il faut proposer à un autre utilisateur, de nous suivre nous ! Pour arrêter de suivre, il suffit de re-appuyer sur le bouton "suivre".

La fonctionalité "Suivre", permet de suivre quelqu'un automatiquement sans quitter la discussion. Elle est limitée à 4 utilisateurs.

LE TCHAT WORKADVENTURE

Ces boutons permettent d'accéder au tchat textuel et aux émoticones.

Ce bouton permet de vérouiller la discussion, c'est à dire d'empêcher les autres utilisateurs de rentrer dans la discussion

Ces boutons permettent d'activer ou de désactiver la caméra et le microphone.

Ce bouton vous permet de proposer à un autre utilisateur de vous suivre. Si il accepte, il suivra automatiquement votre avatar, et vous resterez dans la discussion même si vous vous déplacez.

LE TCHAT JITSI

Les tchats Jitsi eux, sont fixes sur la carte Workadventure. Ils sont prédéfinis par les créateurs de la carte. Pour y accéder il faut être sur l'espace Jitsi et appuyer sur "espace".

Le Tchat Jitisi fonctionne comme un logiciel de video-conférence classique. Il n'a pas de limite d'utilisateurs comme le tchat Workadventure. Seulement, il faut rester dans l'espace Jitsi pour rester dans la discussion.

LE TCHAT JITSI

Ces boutons permettent d'activer ou de desactiver la caméra et le microphone. Et d'accéder aux paramètres audio et vidéo en appuyant sur la flèche.

Ce bouton permet de lever la main, ou d'intéragir avec une émoticone.

Ce bouton permet de passer les utilisateurs en vue mosaïque.

Ce bouton permet de partager son écran. On peut choisir de partager tout l'écran. Ou seulement une application (navigateur, logiciel etc...), ou encore seulement un onglet de navigateur.

Ce bouton permet aux utilisateurs de quitter la conversation.

Ce bouton permet d'accéder au tchat textuel et aux sondages de la conversation Jitsi

Ce bouton permet d'accéder aux paramètres de la conversation. l'onglet "statistique de l'interlocuteur" permet d'accéder à la liste des utilisateurs présents dans la conversation.

LE TCHAT JITSI (ONGLETS)

Attention ! Lorque vous êtes dans un conversation Jitsi, il faut re-cliquer sur la fenêtre Workadventure (à gauche) afin de déplacer votre personnage. Sinon, le logiciel va considérer que vous êtes encore sur la fenêtre Jitsi, et vous ne pourrez pas vous déplacer car le logiciel partira de principe que vous êtes en train d'utiliser Jitsi. Il faut considérer la fénêtre Workadventure (à gauche) et Jitsi (à droite) comme deux onglets distincts. Vous pouvez modifier la taille de ces onglets avec la barre du milieu.

PARAMETRES

Vous pouvez à tout moment appuyer sur l'icone "tasse de café" :afin d'accéder aux paramètres de Workadventure. Les paramètres de profil vous permettent de :

- Changer de nom-Changer d'apparence (Modifier votre WOKA) -Changer de compagnon -Accéder aux paramètres Audio ET Vidéo (Modifier votre caméra)

PARAMETRES

L'onglet "Paramètres", vous permet d'accéder au reste des paramètres disponibles.
