At AIM Consulting, we prioritize diversity and inclusivity. We believe in treating others with respect and creating a culture that is free from harassment and discrimination. We value our team members and customers with disabilities and ensure that our products and workplaces are accessible. By fostering an environment of respect and inclusion, we can all enhance productivity, stimulate creativity, and perform at our best.
External Staff and AIM Consulting employees are expected to treat others in the workplace with dignity and respect. No matter what role, level, function, or business we are in, our actions matter.
- All individuals at AIM Consulting should be treated with dignity and respect.
- AIM Consulting is committed to a workplace free of harassment and unlawful discrimination. Any Supplier who works with AIM Consulting is expected to share this commitment-as are all of our employees.
- No one doing business with AIM Consulting may engage in harassment or discrimination against others based on race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union membership, or veteran status.
- External staff with workplace concerns, including those involving potential harassment or discrimination, should raise those concerns to Supplier management or to AIM Consulting. All concerns should be reported for appropriate resolution, whether they involve other External Staff or AIM Consulting employees.

When AIM Consulting Suppliers create any deliverable or do work contributing to AIM Consulting products, they are responsible for complying with AIM Consulting's accessibility requirements and standards. Some people with disabilities use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and speech recognition tools. We need to test to ensure that our products, apps, and services offer great experiences to people when they are using assistive technology.
- Learn the AIM Consulting Accessibility Standards (MAS)
- Follow the guidance provided by AIM Consulting's many Accessibility.
- Make sure all videos have closed captions and when necessary, make sure colors meet at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
- Add objective alternative text (or alt text) to all images.
- Use meaningful link text: link the text that says what than something like "click here" or "learn more".
- Test your deliverables with assistive technologies.
- Follow these etiquette guidelines when interacting with a person.
- When speaking with a person who has a disability, look at them, even if the person is blind or working with an interpreter.
- Use positive, people-first language when referring to people. Never touch assistive tools such as wheelchairs, guide dogs, If a person has low vision or is blind, announce yourself when you walk by or enter meeting so that they can easily know who is there.
