Robin Hood was an outlaw active in England in the late 12th century, specializing in theft from wealthy people. He was very skilled at using the bow and had the peculiarity of redistributing the loot from thefts, donating part of it to the weak and the poor. Being a cartoon, it helps the kids understand the concept of poverty and avarice.

"Mockingbird" by Eminem

The song is dedicated to Eminem’s daughter’s Hailie and Alaina. The lyrics explain what Eminem believes to be the dynamics of an adult relationship breakdown and offers an explanation of how he has attempted to be a good father. in a verse Eminem says “straighten up little soldier”, meaning be strong and push your emotions to the side. He is making reference to his relationship with his wife being like a war and his daughter’s being soldiers and telling them to be strong.

Shadows and dim light dominates the composition, giving the subjects a sense of humble surroundings. Their expressions are serious and tired, reflecting the hardships they endured. The choice of gloomy atmosphere is an indication of Van Gogh’s intention to convey the struggles facing the working class. The painting has a gloomy and dark look, and the faces of the people portray poverty with a melancholy atmosphere. It tells the simple but sad story of the workers fighting for their lives.

"Guernica" by Pablo Picasso

“Guernica” is Picasso’s most powerful political statement, painted as an immediate reaction to the Nazi's devastating casual bombing practice on the Basque town of Guernica during the Spanish Civil War. It shows the tragedies of war and the suffering it inflicts upon individuals, particularly innocent civilians. This work has gained a monumental status, becoming a perpetual reminder of the tragedies of war, an anti-war symbol, and an embodiment of peace.

"1984" by George Orwell

The book is set in 1984 in Oceania, one of three perpetually warring totalitarian states, with Eurasia and Eastasia. Oceania is governed by the all-controlling Party, which has brainwashed the population into unthinking obedience to its leader, Big Brother. Today, Nineteen Eighty-Four comes across not as a warning that the actual world of Winston and Julia and O'Brien is in danger of becoming reality. Rather, its true value is that it teaches us that power and tyranny are made possible through the use of words and how they are mediated.
