How to Complete Corrections

Take the quiz or test! In order to complete corrections on an assessment, you actually have to first take the assessment!

Check the feedback: Not sure how to check the feedback that was left for you? Please click on the link below to watch a video showing you two different ways to find feedback from your teacher and see what questions you missed! Video Link: How to Check your Feedback

Correct Questions: Now that you know which questions you lost points on, you can complete corrections. Go to OneNote - Content Library - Resources - Corrections Template and COPY IT TO YOUR ONENOTE OR PRINT IT OUT. Follow the Directions to help you get started. ***Please reach out to Mrs. Strunk to help you get started with Corrections***

All Three Parts: Make sure to have all three parts for every single question you are correcting:

  1. Write down what number you are correcting
  2. Write down all of the correct work with the correct answer (you can get this from the corrections recording in the corrections lesson)
  3. Write at least one sentence explaining what your mistake was
OneNote also contains a template that you can use to complete corrections if you would like. There are ten spaces on it but feel free to make more spaces if you need more room! You can also complete them on paper if you would like. Example of Good Corrections:

Submission of Corrections: You can choose to complete corrections in OneNote or on paper. Once you have completed all of the corrections for the questions you lost points on, make sure you either 1) let Mrs. Strunk know you have completed them in OneNote via edio chat, or 2) save the file that they were in or take a picture of your work if you completed it on paper and email it to Mrs. Strunk at dstrunk@ccaeducate.me. Mrs. Strunk will then take a look at what you submitted and give you points back on the assessment as long as it has all three parts completed for each question you correct. If you would like Mrs. Strunk to look at them before you officially submit them, send her a chat or an email to let her know!
