Urban PlanProposal - Elmwood District
What We Visualize
Vision Statement
In our urban design for the Elmwood District, sustainability, diversity, and community involvement are our key objectives. At the heart of our vision is an eco-friendly and equitable neighborhood. We prioritize affordable housing, various shopping choices, and lively community events. We aim to create a friendly neighborhood for all individuals. Housing availability is essential to our plan, ensuring that individuals from various economic backgrounds can call Elmwood home. We envision the ample green and open spaces combined with the equitable nature of the district to provide residents with an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, fostering a connection to nature and their community. Most spaces also function as centers for social interaction, recreational activities, and community gatherings.
