STEPS1. First, we peel and slice the garlic cloves.2. Next, we pound the pork chops a few times to make them more tender. 3. Now, we put olive oil on each chop and spread them with our hands on both sides of the meat. We seal in a saucepan over high heat for about 4 minutes on each side. 4. When we turn it halfway through cooking, add salt and pepper to taste. We remove to a plate and reserve. 5. Then, in the same saucepan we add a little more olive oil and add the sliced garlic. We lower the heat and cook until they take color. 6. Again, we return the pork chops to the pot along with the juice they have released on the plate, add the white wine and let it evaporate over high heat for 3 minutes. 7. Next, add the hot meat or poultry broth, cover and cook for 10 minutes over high heat, turning the meat halfway through cooking. You shouldn't leave it for too long so that it doesn't dry out. 8. Once the broth has reduced, we add the fresh chopped parsley and the meat will be ready. 9.Finally we cut the potatoes and fry.
