There are red and white fence posts separating the beach into 2 parts.

In the bottom right hand-side corner, a black man is sitting on the grass. He is looking at the sea. We can't see his face. He is fully dressed, he's not going to swim)

There is a red sign . It's a warning. The beach is segregated. The warning is written in both English and Afrikaans.
