7 Business days of referral acceptance-Virtual Check-in 1-Explain confidentiality and mandated reporting-L1 Needs Asssessment, -L1 Service Plan.-Assess Satbility, safety, EOIR,education, legal, medical, mental health, other.

5-7 Calendar days-PRS report supervior review and upload, L1 NA and L1 SP-Case note. (48 hours)-Update Level 1 tab on Cat system

14 Business days of referral acceptance-Virtual Check-in 2-Assess Satbility, safety, EOIR,education, legal, medical, mental health, other.

30 Business days of referral acceptance-Virtual Check-in 3-Assess Satbility, safety, EOIR,education, legal, medical, mental health, other.-Submit the report on the 30th day.

5-7 Calendar days-PRS report supervior review and upload-Case note. (48 hours)-Update Level 1 tab on Cat system
