Leaving from Agrigento, heading towards the port of Palermo, we started playing songs (poor teachers) and with us, accompanying us, were teacher Lupo, Gatto and Lore. The bus trip was fine, even the outward journey by ship was perfect except that in the end the ship left at 3.15am, about an hour and a quarter late. All this penalized our first day in Naples which was obviously halved.
This school trip has been quite troubled. We left on Saturday 2 March and right from the start we saw the first "problems": the ship would no longer set sail at 9pm as expected but at 2am so our departure from Agrigento was also moved: no longer at 4.30pm but at 8.30pm even though I took the bus from Favara to the sports field at 8pm and then joined the other teammates at Piazzale Ugo la Malfa in Agrigento.

After getting off the ship, at about 11.30am, the guide Daniela, on the bus, gave us a panoramic tour of Posillipo, the Royal Palace, Maschio Angioino, Teather San Carlo and Castel dell'Ovo. After that, we visited the Capodimonte Museum, we were with another guide while 4B with Daniela. After the visit was over, we headed back to the hotel, where we put our luggage away, and then went out for something to eat. We returned to the hotel and had dinner at 9.30pm.

On the second day in Naples we visited a few things. Woke up at 7.45am, breakfast at 8.30am, after leaving we met the guide and together we headed to the station to take the subway with Toledo stop. We visited the Quartieri Spagnoli (with the various murals of the "saints" of Naples), Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito. In our free hours we had lunch and in the afternoon we visited the National Museum. After that we had more free time and headed back to the hotel for dinner at 9.30pm. Some of us went out with the teachers while others, including me, decided to stay.

The third day was quite traumatic. We woke up early because by 8.30am we had to be at the port of Naples to catch the hydrofoil to go to Capri. The trip took about an hour and ten minutes and it was the worst trip I had ever taken because we found the so-called long waves that made us move vertically as if we were on a merry-go-round in fact once we got off many were sick so much so that we called the ambulance. At about 1pm we had lunch and I was sick afterwards and throwing up. We visited the beautiful island a little bit together with the guide and at 4.30pm we took the hydrofoil back to Naples, which was not bad at all this time. We took the subway and went to Via Toledo where we did some shopping and ate something typical. After that, we returned to the hotel and had dinner at 9.30pm.

On the last day, amidst the nostalgia that was kicking in early and the fatigue of the previous days, we visited all that was left: the Cathedral of San Gennaro, the Museum of the Treasures of San Gennaro, and the historic center. We then had lunch and afterwards visited the monumental complex of the cloister of Santa Chiara. We had some free time as it was starting to drizzle and at 5.30pm we caught the bus that took us to the port of Naples where we boarded the ship. The return trip was a bit more "eventful" because it had started to rain heavily in the meantime but nothing serious. Once we got off the ship the next morning, we waited for the bus and at about twelve o'clock I arrived in Favara where my mom was waiting for me.

This trip all in all was good: I certainly didn't like the trip to Capri or the initial time change, then it could have lasted at least one more day because it seems to have lasted very little; but it was great to be able to joke with my classmates, to laugh and talk with the teachers, to see new places, different people, great food, to be carefree... in short, I would do it all again, except Capri, that one didn't!
