My healthy eating style
Actually we dont have a healthy eating style but we can give you some tips to be healthy:
Remember to always eat fruits and vegetables, they have so many important vitamins for our body and our development.
Drink at least 1.5L of water a day to keep your body hydrated, and don't drink too many sodas.You can switch sodas to natural juices (like orange juice).
As teenagers, you need high amounts of calcium because your bones are growing so it´s important to consume products that contain calcium. The best sources of calcium is:- dairy products: Try to choose low-fat versions if possible.- white and brown bread: Calcium fortified dairy alternatives (such as those made of soya, it´s important for vegans or if you don´t eat dairy products).
Eat food that conteins iron, especially for girls who lose iron when they have their period. Iron is important for making red blood cells.
Make sure each meal includes at least one portion of fruits and vegetables.
Don´t skip breakfast.By the time you get up in the morning, it has been a long time since you last ate, so a good breakfast will boost your energy.

Eat three meals a day
Alcohol can serious effects on long-terms health, including liver problems, reduced fertility, high blood pressure, risk of various cancers and heart attack.
Avoid drinking alcohol
Like a piece of fruits, Cherry tomatoes with hummus,Whole-grain toast with peanut or almond butter.
Make healthier snack choices
These foods can be high in saturated fat, salt and sugars.
Eat limited fast food
