The truth about tammy and unreliable sources

Dr. charles smith who was considered a expert on criminally suspitious pediatric deaths, conducted the autospy and concluded Kenneth was strangled or smothered. Tammy was accused of smothering her child, her defense was he died during a epileptic seizure but had no medical expert to support this theory. Tammy was then convicted of second degree murder in 1995 for the 1993 death of her 2 year old son, Kenneth. She was then sentenced to life in prison without the possiblity for parole for 10 years.

Tammy marquardt was a young mother who tragically checked on her son napping to see him struggling in sheets to breath. In her panic she wasn't able to follow the 911 operators instuctions on CPR. Kenneth was revived at the hospital but it was concluded he had irreparable brain damage and was taken off life support 3 days later resulting in his death.
The crime took place in the bedroom where Kenneth was napping on October 9, 1993 in oshawa, Ontario

In 2004, Tammy applied AIDWYC (The assosiation in dfense of the wrongly convicted. They urged a full public inquiry into smith's work. Kenneths case was looked into and deemed "illogical and completely against scientific evidence based reasoning" by other professionals
