A postivie mindset in sport:

the mental outlook that athletes use to enhance their performance and overall experience in their sport.

Learning objective 1:

provides stability in an athlete's mental approach to training and competition

What do i need to focus on the most?

1- Set Realistic goals

Example: "I will pass my fitness test"

"Setting achievable goals can help athletes maintain a positive mindset and stay motivated"

2- Embrace Challenges

Example: "I did not want to get injured, but I will work hard in my rehab to comeback stronger"

"Athletes can view challenges and setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning, rather than as obstacles to success"

3- Visualise Success

Example: "I will put in my headphones on the way to my game and visual myself scoring"

4- Stay Present and Mindful

Example: " I will meditate to calm my mind before to comptetions and practcies"
