The Ribbon is organized into tabs, each representing a different set of commands related to specific tasks or functions. Common tabs in PowerPoint include Home, Insert, Design, Transitions, Animations, Slide Show, Review, View, and others.
PowerPoint Ribbons
- Clipboard: Cut, copy, and paste commands, as well as the Format Painter tool.
- Slides: Commands for inserting, deleting, duplicating, and rearranging slides.
- Font: Options for formatting text, including font style, size, color, and alignment.
- Paragraph: Tools for adjusting paragraph alignment, indentation, and spacing.
- Drawing: Insert shapes, icons, SmartArt, and text boxes.
