  • Use your knowledge of brands and products to present different ranges according to the customer's intended use.
  • You need to help customers find their way around, and reassure them when you start presenting the products: "This is the Aria Evo X N°2, as I told you, it's our gateway to the world of high-fidelity...".

  • Pay attention to the customer's reactions: design, product concept, price... The customer may have a firm idea even before arriving at the listening session. The listening session will be the moment when this choice is confirmed.
  • Note that for all products, you don't necessarily need an appointment for a listening session. However, it is preferable to book a listening session in case the products are not ready.
