  1. Three dots--> Settings--> Privacy and security--> Clear Browsing Data--> Time Range should be All time
  2. Three dots--> Settings--> Reset settings
  3. Sign out--> Arrow next to name--> Remove account--> Remove account

Two different tickets: One for classroom tech and one for student devicesMake sure you change the Related User field to the student so that the Related Asset field pulls the accurate serial number.
