- Noted that 2024 packages do not have a Data Allowance.
- For an additional monthly fee, Unlimited Data Allowance is available for customers that subscribe to Internet 1000/Tier 10 or the maximum available Internet speed in their area.
- · Customers that subscribe to Data 12/Internet 1200 have Unlimited Data included in their package at no extra charge.
- Agents can view the customer’s current data usage via Usage Meter section in Cable Medic.
- Agents can click the “Data Usage” link in Gooey for access to the Customer View – Online Account Manager for Data Usage concerns
- Additional notifications will be located on the customer’s bill, and notes will be added to impacted accounts in ICOMS
