No Lectures

The flex learning model uses an online curriculum that all subject matter is based on, so all students are learning the same content. However, the pace that each student may work is different.

In the flex learning model, teachers take on a coaching role. They provide personalized support to students as they work on their assignments.

In the flex learning model, students create their own schedules! They are able to learn on their own time, at their own pace, since all instruction is delivered through the computer.

There are no lectures in the flex learning model! Instead, students learn from other means, such as reading articles or watching videos on the subject matter.
