-Choosing food that don´t harm the enviroment and support our health.- Considering where our food comes from, how it's produced, and the impact on the Earth.-Example: Opting for locally grown fruits and vegetables instead of imported ones.

-The food we eat influences not only our health but also the health of the planet. -Eating foods like fruits and vegetables can improve our well-being and reduce the risk of getting sick.-Some foods, like meat, require a lot of resources such as water and land, contributing to issues like deforestation.

solution for a better future

-Supporting nearby farmers reduces the environmental impact of transporting food long distances.-Eating more plants like beans requires less resources than producing meat.-Only buying what we need helps minimize waste and conserve resources.

The role of the activists
