What do you need to be our next Sales Manager?

1. Professional degree in business administration or similar is required. 2. Minimum 8 years of work experience. Work experience in equipment management. 3. High empathy, communication skills and integrity. 4. Outstanding leadership, communication and team management skills. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on following standards and processes.

1. Understand the needs of the market in direct and indirect channels, and thus be able to deliver the best product on the market.2. Renegotiate current commission agreements in travel agencies.3. Improve the airline's participation in agencies according to total sales.4. Structure the visit agenda for the entire sales team according to the needs of the sale.5. Increase sales participation in the NDC channel, to generate more profitability for the company.
