Promotion of OACCUs project with its goals and activities
PURPOSE OF THE EVENT
Promotion among youth and YCS of healthy lifestyles based on outdoor sports, psychological education, balanced nutrition, and more. Providing opportunities for young people to hear first-hand accounts from young cancer survivors and have a time for discussion and sharing on the topic.

PILLARS INCLUDED
Specifically, these were the activities carried out during the event: introduction and brief presentation on the OACCUs project and Italian partner organizations, yoga, pilates, mindfulness and warm up sessions with with experienced trainers, healthy snack with nutritional advice, and finally testimonies.
During the outdoor event “Scegli uno stile di vita sano”, participants engaged in several hands-on activities based on the 4 OACCUS pillars: Physical activity and Outdoor sport, Balanced nutrition, Sustainability and Nature, Physical and mental wellbeing. from the YCS involved in the project.
