P3W4 Update

Hi all, Hope you had a fab weekend! The CoreEPD trial officially live today and is fundamental to our business, This trial changes PizzaExpress at it's core, with a change to recipes, so it's vital you're all ensuring your team are executing this one perfectly! We have a call scheduled this morning for your intial feedback with the F&B Team, and ask that you're completely open to the change, whilst feeding in the good, the bad and the ugly. Core EPD Trial

As part of the core EPD Trial you are required to count your Mozzarella Stock. Starting from today please ensure you are counting and submitting your mozzarella counts every week. Ensure your management team are aware.
