He made sure the candidates had the necessary educational background and certificates to perform the necessary duties, such as blood draws and blood analysis. Kevin also sourced the blood analysis machines his lab would use to perform the blood analysis tests. In addition, he also purchased the necessary medical supplies, such as syringes, needles, sanitizer, bandages, and all the other supplies his clinical lab would need and use. He makes sure to always have enough supplies on hand for a full 3 months out.
