Introduction

Once the troubleshooting is unsucessful, We find outselves often having to RER, but what would we should we proceed with a Refund, Exchange or a Replacement with the order being on CSS We will go over how to Exchange/Replacement on CSS

If you were in the CR alreadyYou can click directly on the Create repalcement option on the leftIt should be available in the CR options on the left

Once you are in CSS We will begin by Clicking on Create a repalcement

If you were to go for an exchange instead of a replacement, all you have to do is:- change this 1 into a 0 -Add another product you would like as an exchange

You can input the Diss Stock (Order Number)Just like OCCO, you will be presented with the item you are replacing automatically without you having to search for another product

We will fill this using the Item Details

Before being able to arrange the new deliveryWe need to arrange the item being returned

We will have to fill in the details of the item being returnedby clicking onReturn Item Details

Once everything is filled, you will Save the Changes

With the details being added to the return, we can save all the changes and proceed with our Delivery Arrangement

Clicking on Next will take us directly to the delivery booking, All I have to do is fill in the delivery Details and arrange the delivery as I normally would

We will click on Action and select Deliver

All that is Left is to -Cross Populate (Copy/Paste) My Notes into Both the New and Old CR & All the Systems Used-Raise a POS Request as we have seen in the previous Course

Now that we have arranged the replacement/Exchange
