The Aljaferia Palace is a fortified palace built in Saragossa in the second half of the eleventh century at the initiative of al-Muqtadir as the residence of the Hudi kings Saraqusta.

The building of the palace was between 1065 and 1081. The artists worked in this palace and in yeserias for years. The aljaferia palace is a fortified medieval palace built during the second half of the 11th century in the Taifa of Saragossa, in Al- Andalus. After the reconquest of Saragossa in 1118 by Alfonso I of Aragon, it became the resident of the Christian kings of the Kingdom of Aragón.
