• When you go to the airport the first thing you have to do is the check-in. You can do it online using your mobile phone or at the desk.
• A ground hostess will ask you the Passport and your Ticket or Boarding Pass. They also ask you your personal document, ID Card.
• If you have any luggage you have to put them on the tape but pay attention to the weight!
• If the suitcase is very heavy (more than 20 or 30 kg) you will have to pay a surchange.

things to remember:

• When you travel it is not allowed to bring weapons, knives, dangerous objects or liquids. (If you have some water, remember to drink it before the checks).
• After the check collect your small baggage and all your personal belongings and go to the boarding gate. (Remember: Your ID document must be shown at the boarding gate).
