O que é uma célula :

A célula é a menor unidade viva dos seres vivos.A célula é uma estrutura fundamental é a base de todo o organismo.Existem dois tipos de células a procarioticas com estruturas mais simples existente também nas bactérias , e as eucarioticas presentes em células vegetais e animais .uma curiosidade é que dentro da célula onde se encontra material genético é no núcleo.

procedimento:

Primeiro usamos um cotonete e raspamos na nossa boca mais precisamnte dentro da bochecha.Depois passamos o cotonete na lamina e aplicamos de 2 ou 3 gotas de azul metileno.De seguida com a ajuda da pinça pousamos devagar a lamela para criar bolhas de ar .Por fim colocamos a amostra no microscópio.

Experiência com cebola

Nesta expêriencia utilizamo uma cebola e oservamo la ao microscópio.

Procedimento:

• Primeiro cortamos pedaços finos de cebola e colocamo la na lamina.
• De seguida colocamos a

• Pegamos na amostra e colocamo la no microscópio.
• E por fim observamos a amostra e tiramos fotos e apontamentos .
