Having regular meals every day is very important, you need to have 5 meals according to the experts

The breakfast is the first meal of the day, you do it in the morning. According to nutritionists breakfast is the most important meal of the day.Often in Italy, at breakfast, we eat biscuits, sweets and cereals. Instead we drink milk,chuice or water.

Breakfast

The brunch is a meal between the breakfast and lunch. In the brunch we eat a snack for break up the hunger. For example a yogurt or a biscuit.

We doing lunch in the afternoon , it is a complete meal. General in lunch we eat pasta or salad.

Lunch

The dinner is the last meal of the day. We do dinner in the evening; At dinner we eat meat,fish,bread etc.
