While the Back Office may vary depending on the type of membership or country of residence, every member will have access to one.We'll delve into how these components contribute to the overall user experience and how members can effectively navigate and utilize them for optimal benefits. By the end of this session, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies and capabilities of the back office, empowering you to make the most out of your membership or partnership with Travorium.

Unit 2 Back Office

FULL SUITE BACK OFFICE This back office has both a travel membership and a partner license. We can tell because it has a Membership Services tab on the left side and business tools throughout.

CUSTOMER BACK OFFICE This back office has a travel membership only. We can see this because thee have only 'Membership Services' and no business building tools and it has the option to 'Upgrade to Partner' in yellow.

PARTNER BACK OFFICE This back office has a partner license only. We can tell because it has no Membership Services tab on the left side and only business tools throughout.

Services To the left-hand side are the services offered to the member. This is dependent on their membership, country of residence, and offerings what will appear here.
