Sobre o empreendedorismo

Neste trabalho eu irei falar sobre o empreendedorismo, algumas noções que devemos ter sobre o empreendedorismo e sobre o empreendedor também vou falar sobre as características do empreendedor e competências empreendedoras e depois irie indicar algumas medidas de apoio acerca do empreendedorismo e iriei ajudar a como criar o seu próprio emprego.

Empreendedorismo é a capacidade que um individuo tem de identificar problemas e oportunidades, desenvolve soluções e investe recursos na criação de alguma coisa positiva para a sociedade. Pode ser um negocio, um projeto ou até mesmo um movimento que gere mudanças reais e impacto no cotidiano das pessoas.

Ainda sobre o empreendedorismo também podemos dizer que é a atitude de quem por iniciativa própria realiza ações ou idealiza novos métodos tendo objetivo de desenvolver serviços, produtos ou quaisquer atividades de organização e administração.

O empreendedor é aquele indivíduo que é criativo,inovador,, que toma as suas próprias decisões e que sabe estabelecer estratétigias que vão alinhar o seu futuro.o empreendedor sabe determinar quais e como os seus produtos serão colocados no mercado, estabelece metas, inicia projetos e sabe controlar os seus resultados.

Promover o empreendedorismo

Em Portugal, existe o programa de apoio ao empreendedorismo e á criação do próprio emprego (PAECPE), gerido pelo IEFP (Instituto de emprego e formação profissional). Estás medidads tem como objetivo:

Apoiar a criação de novas empresas e do próprio emprego

Fomentar a criação de emprego

Criação do próprio emprego

• Apoios á criação de empresas de pequena dimensão e com fins lucrativos...;
• Programa nacional de Microcrédito, no âmbito do programa de apoio ao desenvolvimento da económia social (PADES);
• Apoio á criação do próprio emprego por beneficiários de prestações de desemprego...;
