Born: February 4th, 1913 in USADied: October 24th, 2005 in USARosa Parks was an activist who fought against the segregation and discrimination to obtain equal rights.Rosa Parks went to a school for black children and while she grew up she didn't fight alone because she did it with her husband.

Rosa Parks is an important person and we remember her because she refuse to give her seat to a white person on a bus."I felt I had a right to stay where I was" = she got arrestedFinally, they organised a boycott.

WHAT DID SHE DO?

I choose Rosa Parks because in my opinion is a very brave person: she had a lot of courage to refuse to give her sit to a white persone during the period of discrimination.For this fact I think she is an example for all of us to follow every day in our life.
