• On arrival you will be asked to sign in the vistors log by reception staff - Visitors pass will be issued and must be warn at all times

• All delegates must wait in the reception area to be meet by a member of the training team

• All delegates will be escorted at all times while on site

• Photography is prohibited while in the main factory area

• Fire alarms are tested on Wednesday's but in the event of an emergancy fire alarm, all delegates will be escorted from the building directly to the fire muster point

House keeping

• Tea and coffee will be provided during the day

• Lunch will be buffet style with all dietary requirements given in advance.

• The use of mobile phones is permitted within the taining suite. But all calls must be taken within the training room

• The electrical safety items will be shown to you during the safety brief prior to training taking place
