God created the Garden of Eden, a perfect place.
There, He placed the first humans, Adam and Eve, who lived in harmony with God's creations.

In the garden, there was a special tree, the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

The Fall

As a result of this sin, Adam and Eve became aware that they were naked and covered themselves with fig leaves.
They felt shame and realised their mistake.

Upon learning of their disobedience, God explained their consequences.
Life would now be challenging. For Adam, it meant hard labour to nurture the land and for Eve, it brought pain in childbirth.

They were then sent away from the Garden of Eden to live on Earth.
Their removal from the Garden of Eden represents the human journey of facing wrong choices and seeking repentance for their sins.
