• WERA’s .. .29 in total (some completed, others drafted, remainder following done from Observed Course
• COSHH – 9 items but ~5 have been done
• HAZ waste – 2 items notified
• LOLER – 3 items
• esiTest – 4 items (ladder, clamp puller, lifting chains and frame lifting clamp
• Other tools still under considerations are we all gain experience of the job

• Candidate Selection process
• February 5, 6 and 7 –Component Build for Citrus to check course order, slides, ground level materials walk through

• March 4th Stakeholder session (1-2 days to walk the site and run through the delivery plan)
• March 14th – Pilot Course starts for up to 10 days
• VPGroundForce EUSR Shoring + WAH/Ladder introduced at the start
• Slide-set for classroom session
• Facilitator notes for classroom and build site

Operational Readiness

• Control platform – drawings, notifications
• Depot setup – lifting, storage spec etc..
• Secured Storage – ~15 items key to safety and quality, and specific to this job (10ft containers)
• Vehicles – securing bracket in High Tops
• Supervisor survey and job plan
• Supervisor Inspections at depot prior to job (~28 items)

• Logistics – hired equipment, quarry mix delivery, possible grab,
• AMS Check (new list)
• NBE Policies – cases for site assistance

• ALP still supporting 20 gangs / 10 Supervisors for 2024
• Maintain skills with JRCX4,12,11 and 14 boxes under key ~10 NBE programmes = 120 jobs pa .. ~ every 2 months
• Look at smaller, less complex builds then progress through the box range
• Accreditation: NBE Safety & Supervisor to attend initial live networks builds
• RCOM Awareness – observer visits on subsequent courses
• Accreditation Team – support to check knowledge & skills
• Audit Team - support to check quality … Cube Testing (External supplier)
